In our effort to maintain a high level of quality professional care, our pay-at-the-desk policy helps avoid the high costs of billing, thus keeping your visits more economical. Please help us by being prepared to pay at the time of your visit.

    • We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
    • For long term or extended payments, we offer a
      health care financing program through CareCredit, which allows extended
      small monthly payments for services received.


  • For treatments over $1500, we offer a “50/50 plan,” where 50% of the cost is paid at scheduling and the balance is paid on the day the treatment is done.




Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your carrier. We will not allow your plan to dictate the quality of care you receive.

Since you are the account owner, and according to your contract and insurance company, all the information will be sent directly to you. We are happy to prepare your insurance forms for you to send in your claim for reimbursement.

Keep in mind that Pride Dental is not contracted with any dental or medical insurance carrier. Because of this, we cannot guarantee coverage, nor do we have any control over claim processing procedures and decisions. All services are charged directly to the patient. The patient or their guarantor is fully responsible for payment.
