Appointment Scheduling Policy – When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve that time and prepare for your visit. Should you need to change a scheduled appointment, please notify us with two business days notice. This way we can contact other patients who are waiting to be scheduled. We understand that conflicts can arise unexpectedly; however failing your appointment or canceling without adequate advanced notice more than once may result in a charge.
In our effort to maintain a high level of quality professional care, our pay-at-the-desk policy helps avoid the high costs of billing, thus keeping your visits more economical. Please help us by being prepared to pay at the time of your visit.
- We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- For long term or extended payments, we offer a health care financing program, which allows extended small monthly payments for services received.
Since you are the account owner, and according to your contract and insurance company, all the information will be sent directly to you. We are happy to prepare your insurance forms for you to send in your claim for reimbursement.
